Mandy said: “Getting a good night’s sleep is vital for us all and when you are stressed or worried, sleeping can seem impossible or if you have a little one who is struggling to get into a sleep routine. That’s why I was keen to give Glow Dreaming a try.
Firstly I really liked the design, it was a good size but not overly big so could sit comfortably on your table and was not too heavy. Setting this up was done very quickly, I put this in position which was at eye level, as per the instructions and filled the Glow Dream with cold water.
I set this up around 15 minutes before going to bed on the LED red setting which is the brightest and turned off the other lights in the room. After filling up with cold water, I pressed the humidifier function setting and placed in a few drops of the Glow Lullaby Oil, there is a handy guide on the instructions as to how many drops to use for your child’s age.
The Glow Dreaming had Pink Noise which has been proven to be the best sound for sleep, I have to say with the oil and the Pink Noise, it really was very relaxing and I could definitely see how this would help young children or adults get a good night’s sleep.
Overall I was impressed with how easy the Glow Dreaming was to set up and to use and it definitely is a great way to help you get a good night’s sleep.”
