Christmas Review: Graco Sweet2Sleep™ Bedside Crib

The new Graco Sweet2Sleep™ Bedside Crib is the ultimate bedside crib to keep your little one beside you all night. We were kindly sent the Sweet2Sleep™ Bedside Crib to review, here’s what we thought.

“First when this arrived it was in a fairly big box and the front of the box had a big image of what the Graco Sweet2Sleep™ Bedside Crib would look like once assembled.

When opening the box up, inside were all of the parts that were needed to put this Bedside Crib together and the instructions. These were fairly easy to follow and had a step-by-step guide on how to put the Graco Sweet2Sleep™ together, the only thing I would have liked was an assembly video just to refer to in case I was stuck but as I mentioned, the instructions were easy to follow and there was the FAQ online if I was unsure about something.

Once this was assembled, which took around 10 minutes, and no tools were needed, I was impressed with how it looked, it was modern and sleek and was a really good size, the crib was a nice oatmeal colour which was light and bright, it had the mesh front as well to give a clear view and would give good ventilation.

The Sweet2Sleep™ wasn’t overly heavy so it could be moved if needed, it had 4 lockable wheels so the crib could be moved with ease. There is also the wraparound bed strap to keep the Sweet2Sleep™ secure.

Some of the great features was the ability to adjust the crib to different height positions, there are 11 in total so you can adjust the crib to the perfect height for your bed. The Graco crib also has a 4-position tilt to help with indigestion and tummy discomfort. The feet also fold in so you can get the crib closer to the bed.

To lower or raise the side rail was easy, I simply had to press the button to glide the side panel up or down and this could be done with just one hand.

The mattress which is mesh-covered, is lovely and soft but also quite sturdy and we liked the fact that this could be sponge-cleaned which makes cleaning up any mess quick. The crib can also easily fold down so it can be stored away if the baby has outgrown it or you need to take it somewhere to travel. The Graco Sweet2Sleep™ is suitable from birth up until around 6 months (9kg) so you can have your little one next to you for those first precious months.

Overall, we were impressed with how well the Graco Sweet2Sleep™ Crib looked and all of the features this crib had and feel the ease of use of the crib will be great for any parent and also liked the fact that the crib can be folded down for travel – perfect for staying with family or friends at any time of the year.”
