1. It’s the perfect time to over-indulge in chocolate. Both Easter and Christmas are the perfect occasions to treat ourselves to our favourite chocolate whether it is an Easter Egg or a delicious box of Quality Streets, what better time is there to have these?
2. It’s a great way to get the family all together. Christmas is all about getting your family and friends together for Christmas dinner or a party and Easter is no different. Getting the family around the table for a delicious meal is as much a tradition at Easter as it is at Christmas.
3. Get your Christmas tree back out and this time decorate it with lots of fun Easter-inspired baubles, from hanging baubles to lights and even a little put-out Easter wreath.
4. Easter is also a time when there are lots of fun films and tv shows on just like at Christmas. While these might not be specials recorded just for Easter, these can keep the kids entertained while getting dinner ready.
5. Dressing up is not just for Christmas. We might all dress up for parties or events over the festive season, we can also do the same for Easter.
