Christmas Special for BBC4’s Detectorists

BBC4’s Bafta award winning series Detectorists is back with a six part series and a one-off Christmas special.

The new series continues to follow the lives of of Andy (Mackenzie Crook) and Lance (Toby Jones), two friends who share a passion for metal detecting, scouring the fields of the English countryside for something that will change their lives forever.

Look out for new loves, new challenges, and new and old enemies, in this much anticipated second series, which is full of the same wit, charm and captivating storytelling that was seen in series one.

With a wonderful Christmas Special on the cards we can hardly wait for the new series to begin.

Date and times of Detectorists BBC xmas special have yet to be confirmed however once they are we will ensure to keep you up-to-date!
