Are We More Likely To See Snow At Easter Than Christmas?

With Easter just around the corner it seems strange to see snow and sleet falling in parts of the UK.

According to the Met Office snow only falls on around 5 days in December compared to 6 days in March, but don’t rush to get your snow boots back out of the cupboard to roll your eggs just yet, because this year, as Easter doesn’t fall until April the risk is reduced.

Towards the end of next week we, according to the Met Office, could see some drier weather. Does this mean we might just get that Easter picnic? – fingers crossed, we just might, but take your umbrella just in case!
