Your home will feel, look and smell a Winter’s wonderland with By Blooms Winter’s Morning hand-made Christmas Wreath. Here Katy reviews the real wreath and why she feels it’s the ultimate happy greeting for your front door.
Please note we were kindly sent this for review however all our thoughts are our own.
“I LOVE putting up the decorations and nothing quite spreads instant seasonal cheer than a stunning Christmas wreath on your front door, however, I’ve never found the perfect real wreath which stands out and doesn’t start looking tattered and falling off the front door after two days, that is, up until now, when By Bloom kindly sent across its Winters Morning Wreath for us to place on our front door here at UTCT HQ!
I’ll begin with the packaging and delivery, both were spot on. The wreath arrived very quickly and extremely well packed in a large square cardboard box. Peeling back the soft tissue paper, I knew this was going to be something spectacular as myself (and the rest of the office!) were hit with mixed scents of mixed spruce, think fresh-cut evergreen, pine and sweet refreshing notes, basically everything the festive season stands for.
Once opened, I really didn’t want to unpack but just stare – that’s how beautiful the Winter’s Morning Wreath is, however, the temptation was too much and I delved straight in. The wreath is heavy and to my surprise held its shape and didn’t shed at all, unlike a previous wreath I bought last year, there was more on me than what was left on the wreath.
Asking John to help me place it on our front door, we both took a step back to admire its large size and beautiful look. What I love most about the Winters Morning Wreath was the intricate details that have been involved, you can see straight away that these have been made by hand (which all wreaths are By Bloom) and with its large design this fills our door generously.
Using sustainable floristry techniques, our wreath represented everything a snow-kissed morning should look, feel and smell like. Featuring Scottish thistles, pine cones, a mixture of spruce varieties all dusted with a good amount of snow, this really is an eye-catching rustic display for our front door.
Would I invest in another Christmas Wreath from By Bloom? The answer is absolutely! So far this has been on our front door for just under a week, and so far has lasted the rain, sun and winds and it still looks as good as it did from the beginning.
As Bing sung ‘It really is the sturdy kind that doesn’t mind the snow!”
By Bloom hand made Christmas wreaths start from £65 – £225 and come in a variety of designs including Truly Natural, Winter Berry and our favourite the Winter’s Morning Wreath which costs £145-£165.
