Aldi has announced its new vegan-friendly One Pot Meal’s for just £1.99 for a 380g pot and they sound perfect for these cold wintry days.

Lunch-time meals to brighten up the season!

Fast, healthy and of course tasty microwaveable meals are essential when times are busy, especially at Christmas when it can feel practically impossible to fit in a lunch in between wrapping presents and a oven filled with cookies however Aldi’s new One Pot Meal’s sound just the ticket.

The new range (Created by the makers of the Soulfood Pots) will launch three flavours to begin with and a further two later in the month all which are nutritionally balanced and under 400 calories, these include:

Exclusive to Aldi Indonesian Style Curry with Coconut & Cauliflower (367 calories)
Brazilian Tomato & Black Bean with Cashews & Quinoa (373 calories)
Butternut Squash, Spinach & Lentil Hotpot (351 calories)

Later in the month you can expect:
Exclusive to Aldi Indian Style Lentil Dhal with Chunky Vegetables (305 calories)- A simple, earthy medium curry with spinach & cauliflower.

Exclusive to Aldi Red Thai Style Vegetable Curry with Brown Rice (294 calories)- Fragrant and satisfying, with roast aubergine, baby corn, sweet potato & red pepper.

Fingers crossed the range will keep on extending until Christmas.
