“I love having smart speakers playing all of my favourite music, so I was really excited to try the Rockbox Bold speaker. Firstly I was impressed with the stylish, lightweight and modern design, the speaker isn’t huge in size and that made it easier to place anywhere in the office or my home without taking up lots of space.
Setting the wireless speaker up was really easy to do, I changed it up using the included Micro USB cable which takes around 3 hours for a full charge, turned the speaker on and pressed the Bluetooth button. I then selected the speaker on my phone under the Bluetooth options and I heard a beep which meant the speaker and bluetooth were connected. After that it was simply just playing my favourite music, the volume on the Rockbox Bold was brilliant, it was clear and I could easily adjust the volume settings on the speaker.
One of the main features I liked was the fact that the speaker had a run time of 12 hours and it was so lightweight I could take it anywhere with me. Fresh ‘n’ Rebel Rockbox Bold S is also waterproof so there was no need for me to worry about getting wet and then not working.
Overall I was impressed with the Rockbox Bold, it was sleek, modern and gave a high quality sound, perfect for playing my favourite Christmas songs!”
