Gareth Gates To Star In Belfast’s Christmas Panto

Pop Idol’s Gareth Gates is to star as Prince Charming in Cinderella at Belfast’s Grand Opera House’s Christmas pantomime.

Gareth will appear alongside Northern Ireland’s Queen of Comedy May McFettridge, who  plays the Fairy Godmother.

Jonathan Kiley, Executive Producer and Director of Cinderella  said: “Following on from last year’s smash hit Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs I’m delighted that May and Gareth will lead the sensational cast of this year’s pantomime. With Gareth’s powerhouse vocals and May’s unique comic talents it’s going to be an unmissable show the entire family will enjoy”.

Packed full of all the traditional ingredients audiences expect, Cinderella will feature laugh out loud comedy, fabulous songs and plenty of boos and hisses.

Join Cinders at Belfast’s Grand Opera House from Saturday 3rd December 2016 to Sunday 15th  January 2017, as she goes from rags to riches and outwits her ugly sisters before meeting her dashing Prince Charming.
