Happy New Year everyone! What a roller-coaster of a year 2017 was! we’re so excited to see what 2018 has in store for us and thought that we would share with you what we’re most excited for in the new year!
January Sales
As if we haven’t done enough shopping, we’re excited for the January sales! As we’ve mentioned here before on UTCT, we always try to do half of our shopping for the following Christmas in January when prices are at an all time low. Keep an eye on the website and social media (@underxmastree) to see our picks of the best deals the web has to offer!
Brainstorming!
In January we sit down as a team and discuss our ambitions for the year ahead, we plan everything from bigger competitions to events we hope to attend. Believe it or not, a lot of our November content is decided as early as January!
12 Days Of Christmas
This might come as a surprise, but in January and February we already have brands contacting us with the hope of being in our 12 days of Christmas competitions in December! Due to it’s huge success and the fact that we work with such generous brands, we have to start planning early!
Events
In 2017 we attended Christmas in July in London. In 2018, we hope to attend again, at the same time as hopefully attending many more! Fun Fact: UnderTheChristmasTree were invited to more than 200 festive events in 2017. That’s a lot of mince pies and mulled wine!
Seeing More Of You!
We love interacting with you lovely lot, which is why in 2018 we hope to spend even more of our time interacting with you on social media! Throughout 2017, we also ran sporadic giveaways on social media which we hope to continue in 2018.
