The biggest pop party will return to BBC One this New Year with performances recorded at Riverside Studio in Hammersmith, London. BBC Radio 1’s Clara Amfo will also return to host alongside fellow Radio 1 DJ Jordan North and will also take a look back at the year in music to bring 2021 to a close in style.

Jordan North says: “It’s a childhood dream to be hosting Top Of The Pops on Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve with my Radio 1 pal Clara Amfo!
As well as brand new performances, the show will also feature highlights from the past twelve months. Viewers can enjoy previous performances from some of the biggest artists of the year, including Lil Nas X, Billie Eilish, Coldplay and more.
We can’t wait to hear all of the performances and to watch the New Years special. BBC also confirmed there will be a Top Of The Pops Christmas Special which top performances.
