What can we look forward to in January 2019?

January is one of those months that many of us dislike – Christmas is over and the dark days are not as fun without the pretty fairy lights to brighten our days, but fear not, for UTCT have got you covered with a list of things we can look forward to in January 2019.

1 – Clean Start

A new year is a clean slate and is an excuse to have a clean start. The optimism of a new year doesn’t usually last too long (we’ve usually broken our ‘no chocolate in the office’ rule by the second week of January) but you can use January to decide what you would like to do for the year ahead.

2 – Dancing On Ice Returns!

Dancing on ice returns on January 6th 2019 with some of our favourite celebs including Love Islands Wes, TOWIE’s Gemma Collins and Eastenders star Richard Blackwood to name a few. You can expect lots of fun and glamour. Bring it on!

3 – Sales!

Everything you had your eye on but couldn’t justify buying yourself in 2018 is usually on sale in January so it’s the perfect time to buy yourself a ‘welcome to 2019’ gift to cheer your January up without breaking the bank.

4 – Christmas Planning!

Every year we tell ourselves that we will be more organised for Christmas the following year and then forget to. January is the perfect time to make lists and organise ourselves month by month for the year ahead. Whether it be decorating the home, gifts or planning Christmas market visits, take the time to plan ahead.

5 – The Voice Returns!

Another TV return is the Voice! Join Jennifer Hudson, Tom Jones, Will.I.Am & Olly Murs in their quest to find the next big talent in the UK as they search for the voice of 2019. It returns on Sat 5th January and we can’t wait to see what it has in store for us.

6 – Snow!

Forecasters reckon we could be in for a very cold and white January 2019 with snow predicted for the beginning of the year. The decorations might not be out but you can still go outside and build a snowman!

So there you have six things to look forward to in January 2019, not so gloomy after all right!?
