Mog The Forgetful Cat To Star In Sainsbury’s 2015 Christmas Advert

Rumors are flying as high as Santa’s sleigh regarding Sainsbury’s Christmas advert which is understood to be planning to feature an animated version of Mog the Forgetful Cat.

Judith Kerr children’s book – ‘Mog The Forgetful Cat’ is set to take centre stage on Sainsbury’s Christmas ad. It is thought the advert will feature Mog accidentally causing a fire in its owner’s house, prompting neighbours to rally round to save Christmas.

Soft toys and other products of the ad will feature throughout the store this festive season. Although still a rumor we have asked Sainsbury’s to comment, once the company gets back to us we will of course keep you up-to-date.

Last year, the supermarket recreated the truce in the trenches on Christmas Day and divided the nation as some thought the ad was heartwarming others felt less than joyful.
