Will Super Mario Odyssey Be Jumping Out Of Your Child’s Christmas 2017 Stocking?

Nintendo has announced that Super Mario Odyssey for the new Switch console will  be released in time for Christmas 2017.

This time around Mario heads out on a new journey through 3D worlds with a realistic take on New York City, aptly named New Donk City, which features the iconic New York yellow taxis and the first almost normal looking humans.

With an expected release date of around Christmas 2017, Super Mario Odyssey for the Switch is expected to be priced at around £59.99.  (hint: keep an eye out from November onwards as Nintendo will want to guarantee that everyone’s got time to grab a copy pre Christmas).

One stand out feature of Super Mario Odyssey is its new worlds, as Mario jumps out of the Mushroom Kingdom and travels round in a giant airship to visit a variety of new settings and sets sail between expansive worlds aboard an airship, and performs all-new actions, such as throwing Mario’s cap.
