Fans of the popular ITV drama Grantchester, will be glued to the screen as they watched the first of Series 3’s six exciting new hour long episodes, but the question on everyone’s mind – Will there be a Christmas special?

Based on James Runcie’s The Grantchester Mysteries viewers will be delighted to see the return of crime fighting duo James Norton and Robson Green with Tessa Peake-Jones (Only Fools & Horses – Raquel) as the sharp tongued Mrs Maguire and Grantchester just wouldn’t be the same without the gorgeous black Labrador Dickens.

With only another five episodes yet to air we wonder will there be a Grantchester Christmas Special in 2017?  We certainly hope so!
