Could Alan Partridge Be Back On Our Screens This Christmas?

Everyone’s favourite comedy character Alan Partidge is returning to both BBC One and BBC Two for a 25th anniversary special.

BBC will be airing the special before the end of this year a one hour special marking 25 years since his debut on BBC Radio back in 1992.

Shane Allen said: “Alan Partridge is in the top tier of comedy characters of all time, it fills my comedy heart with joy to welcome him back to BBC One and BBC Two.”

After talking to the BBC, the broadcaster has stated that details of air dates will be confirmed in due course.
