No Doctor Who on Christmas Day

BBC has announced that Series 12 of Doctor Who will be back early 2020 meaning no Christmas day special again this year.

Three new writers have jumper on board the TARDIS for series 12, Jodie Whittaker will be back BUT the big news? it looks as though Doctor Who will not have another Christmas day special.

BBC have stated the Thirteenth Doctor will be back on our screens early 2020, likely on New Years Day, the same as last years.

Plus, two TV legends will be making their Doctor Who debuts on the series opener,  TV icons Stephen Fry and Sir Lenny Henry CBE will both appear when the TARDIS lands once more, with Jodie Whittaker.

It’s likely fans of the BBC One show will a little disappointed however it may come as no surprise as there has been no Christmas day special since 2017.

We’re sure it will be an explosive return in the new year!
