Mary Berry’s Simple Comforts to air later this year

Everyone’s favourite cook, Mary Berry, is to have a new series called ‘Mary Berry’s Simple Comforts’ which will be released on BBC Two.

And we can’t wait!

Fans of the former GBBO judge can look forward to six episodes of her new series of fuss-free recipes which she hopes will help lift the spirits of the UK.

Mary Berry said: “At this difficult time I hope my new series, Simple Comforts, will provide viewers with just that and help put us back on an even keel with recipes to enjoy and make at home. I loved filming the series – a fond memory of a time when we could travel outdoors.”

Mary will brave the elements to discover and cook the most heart-warming dishes on offer in the UK and abroad and will take inspiration from the people she meets and the food she tastes along the way, to demonstrate simple dishes to cook at home.

Will Mary Berry, everyone’s ‘queen of home cooking’, release a Christmas 2020 special?  We certainly hope so!
