BBC One will be flashing back to Boxing Day 2014 for a Carter family revelation that forever changed the family.

Shirley for years had been hiding the fact that she was, in fact, Mick’s mum and not his sister. The family is in shock and leaves them changed forever.

The iconic episode will air Tuesday 11th August at 7.30pm on BBC One. BBC also aired the Max and Stacey reveal Christmas episode as part of the Eastenders Iconic episodes series.
