Boots gives Mrs. Claus her well-deserved spotlight as Adjoa Andoh brings a one-of-a-kind “Werkshop” to life. With a stunning outfit change and a swipe of No7 lipstick, she commands attention as the powerhouse behind holiday preparations. As Santa snoozes, Mrs. Claus steps up to fulfill Christmas wish lists, delivering extraordinary beauty gifts from Boots that are sure to delight both gift-givers and recipients.
In her vibrant “werkshop,” Mrs. Claus and her team of beauty elves are hard at work, curating the season’s most sought-after gifts. The shelves sparkle with iconic brands like Bubble, e.l.f., Sol de Janeiro, and Laneige, while each beauty elf’s unique look—from vampy glamour to classic chic—reflects the range of treasures on offer. The campaign celebrates beauty for all, showcasing that there’s a perfect gift for everyone. As the preparations wrap up, a pleased Mrs. Claus delivers a playful final line, “You thought it was all him?”—a fun tribute to the true magic-makers behind the scenes.

Directed by the acclaimed production company Radical and award-winning LA director Dave Meyers, the ad features Eve’s iconic track “Who’s That Girl.” It premieres at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, November 6, on Boots’ social media channels, followed by its television debut at 9:30 p.m. during Until I Kill You on ITV1. The fully integrated campaign will then run for seven weeks across TV, radio, cinema, print, social media, and online platforms.
Boots’ 2023 Christmas advert, themed “Thank You Santa” and featuring the hashtag #GiveJoy, was a heartfelt celebration of holiday generosity and gratitude. The campaign captured the magic of Christmas by highlighting the joy of giving and receiving thoughtful gifts, with Santa as the recipient of the gift. Boots has also just launched this year’s TWO No.7 advent calendars packed full of beauty and skincare products to countdown to the big day.
