Harrods 2017 Christmas World Shop Has Opened

With exactly 3 months to the big day, luxury department store Harrods has officially unveiled its Christmas World Shop making it 21 days LATER than last year.

Five distinct trends will grace the million square feet store this Christmas, including Tudor Rose, Femme Fatale, Punk Princess, Jet Set and Town and Country and as you will expect each theme has its very own unique baubles and decorations including the £12 My Little Unicorn Harrods of London bauble.

If you’re feeling generous…and we mean very generous, then how about Penfolds Aevum limited-edition Saint-Louis crystal decanter for a eye watering £1,500 or perhaps the Bond No.9 Harrods Swarovski-crystal fragrance 100ml for £550 both product exclusive to Harrods.

However these weren’t the most expensive gifts from the department store, this title goes to the Harrodian Hamper at £2,500,  We’ve got it on our letter to Santa, we already know the answer!

Gifting highlights include this years festive teddy bear – Bertie for £27, Harrods wooden caddy tea selection 36 teabags, £40 and the Harrods beauty advent calendar at £250.

Staple British designs have also been added to this years collections and with rival department Selfridges who opened it’s festive doors back in July also offering London & British Christmas decorations, tourists to the stores can pick up some early festive souviners.

As for the traditional Harrods Christmas Grotto, this will open on Friday 17th November. Families will be able to enjoy a visit to Santa and wander around a magical Christmas experience.
