If you’re looking for a sneak peak as to what will be in store at Sainsbury’s this Christmas then look no further as we have the low down on its EIGHT new collections.
Sleigh bells are nearly ringing
UK retailer Sainsbury’s has given us a heads up as to what trends you can look forward to seeing in store and online when buying decorations, gifting and home accessories this Christmas 2018. Like last year expect emerging festive trends that can influence how we dress our homes for the season.
Eight unique styles aimed at everyone looking to boost the Christmas spirit in their home will include decorations in traditional and modern designs.
Lisa Hollidge Head of Outdoor, Seasonal Events & Paper shop said: “For Christmas celebrations, the design team has created eight festive trends, including decorations, gifting and home accessories for those little extra touches. From the frosted elegance of Winter’s Mist to the countryside classic Woodland, each trend has its own unique appeal and is aimed at everyone looking to enhance the Christmas spirit in their homes.”
So what can you look forward to this Christmas?
Winter’s Mist – Think icy colours with lots of snow as this collection is all about soft fluffy white’s and icy blues. There are two options here which include a stand alone tree or table top version. As we can’t always have snow at Christmas this theme is perfect for those looking to create a wintry scene.
Woodland – The tartan colours and rustic design will delight those who are a fan of farmhouse inspired decor. Bringing outdoors inside, ornaments include wood carved effect stags, tartan wrap and baubles and a Faux Full Berrie Wreath. Again two options of a stand alone tree or table top for smaller rooms have been available.
Very Merry and Santa’s Town – OK, although we love our traditional scenes we’re also big kids when it comes to Christmas decorations and both these trends brings the kid out of us. With fun and lively characters all in traditional colours it’ll feel like you’ve just stepped into Santa’s very own home.
Although Christmas can still seem a long way off – after all we’ve still got loads of Christmas advert to see first this is just the first glimpse as to what will be available in store and online – and we just can’t wait!
These collections will be introduced in store from early October on-wards at Sainsburys.co.uk
Now it’s time to choose which room gets what theme….
