Well after the horse meat scare & today reading about goat in lamb & a banned substance bieng found in chicken, the way to go is definately vegetarian. So for vegetarian week I’m going to go fully vegetarian the whole week. I’ve found some great recipes to help me on my way.

We have been incorporating vegetarian meals in our household to give variation for us and the children. So far we have done very well and in some instances more affordable.
