Aldi has revealed its 2019 Christmas food range, from Vegan dishes, Christmas dinner in a Yorkshire pudding to a 1kg chocolate nutcracker.

Aldi has went over and above with this years festive food selection, there’s already so much we want right now. The budget supermarket has added a host of new additions which you’ll want in your trolley even long before the holiday season.
Here we’ve picked just some of our highlights below, and we’d love to hear what you feel too.
Starting with its new Vegan selection. We loved the look of this years Specially Selected Pastry Domes with BBQ Jackfruit and Lets Part Vegan mini bites – both oozing wow factor, these are sure to make your guests go back for seconds.
Also on the menu, are Smoked Salmon Gin Trio, Mini Beef Wellingtons and Merry Sherry Stuffing, our table won’t be big enough to hold all of these.
The Loaded Yorkshire Puddings: New for 2019 are these mini individual bite sized Yorkshire Puddings are topped with pork, sage & onion stuffing balls and finished with the iconic pig in blanket.
For treats and desserts, for us this is the MAIN event, you’ll fall in love with: Specially Selected Exquisite Chocolate Bauble. Created using unique water cutting technology for its snowflake design, this amazing centrepiece if filled with a dried fruit and nut centre with a white chocolate gingerbread flavoured outer shell.
Specially Selected Exquisite Christmas Cake Selection: There are three different mini cakes with different bases – Dark Fruit Brandy, Dark Fruit Gin & Clementine and Light Fruit & Butter.
Specially Selected Mulled Morello Cherry Pudding: A fruit base with Morello Cherry sauce and finished with gold lustre.
Specially Selected Flavoured Crumble Mince Pies: Another new addition to this years line-up, these will be available in two flavours: Salted Caramel and Blackforest topped with a crumbly biscuit, the perfect afternoon snack.
How about a giant 1kg chocolate Nut Cracker made with Fairtrade Moser Roth Belgium milk chocolate?, would you share?.. us neither!
Aldi’s Specially Selected Cheese Yorkshire Wensleydale Truckle with Raspberry, White Chocolate & Prosecco and Bombay Spiced Chunet should make everyones cheese board.
