Are These The Unhealthiest Places For Families To Eat This Christmas?

According to a new report by the Soil Association, Burger King and Nando’s have entered the top five least healthy places to eat, will you think twice before booking this Christmas?!

We all know Christmas is a time for overindulging and treating ourselves however you may want to think twice when taking the family out for a quick bite to eat over the festive season as a new report by The Soil Association reveals its list of the most unhealthiest restaurants for families to eat and the results might just surprise you.

As part of the Soil Association’s Out to Lunch campaign who recruited an army of parent secret diners also found a number of chains failing to serve fresh food or healthy choices for children.

However not all is lost as the league table also showed that children’s food on the high street has been improved since the campaign launched in 2013 as 13 chains now serve a portion of veg or salad with every meal.
