This year Asda has created a menu of indulgent and showstopping products which the whole family to enjoy this Christmas. With an impressive Vegan and Free From line-up, Asda says this will be “the most inclusive Christmas yet.
Recognising that this Christmas will be bigger than ever before as family & friends reunite, the UK retailer will offer something for every single occasion, making moments ad magical as possible.
Here’s everything you’ll want this Christmas from ASDA…
PARTY
When it comes to throwing a party, you better have one heck of a buffet and this year you can choose from an array of mouth-watering products including Extra Special Duck Liver Pate with a Clementine and Armagnac Jelly Ignot and Blood Orange infused Extra Special Amfissa Olives.
Looking for some added fun to your table then surely this Candy Cane Pork Sausage Roll will put a smile on your party-goers faces.
Extra Special Prawn in Blankets are new for 2021 and set to be a real must-try for guests, however, if it’s more traditional you’re looking for then the Extra Special Pigs in Blankets have made a comeback.
Also new for its party collection are free from party platter and Wiltshire Ham & Rarebit Spoons (which are also edible!)
No festive shin-ding would be complete without the traditional pie, which is why this Extra Special Candied Clementine Hidden Centre Pork Pie with Orange Blood Jelly will be a winner at the table however if you’re going to want any of this then you better be quick.
Vegans and vegetarians won’t miss out either on all the goodies as Asda has added over 200 new dishes including Extra Special Vegan Roasted Roat Vegetable Tart and these delicious Vegan Crab Croquettes with Red Pepper & Roasted Garlic Puree.
THE MAIN EVENT & TRIMMINGS
Asda is not short of WOW moments when it comes to the main event, and although Turkey is still very popular this year the supermarket have new alternative additions such as the 21 day-aged Three Bone Rib Joint with Parmesan & Truffle Crust.
Or if the turkey is still your thing, then we suggest the Hasselback Turkey with Smoked Honey Butter & Pork and Chestnut Stuffing Topped with Sage & Shallot Crumb would be the winner on your table.
The perfect vegan table should include the Beefless Wellington and of course Vegan Accompaniment Selection which includes 6 vegan pigs in blankets! however, our highlight of the range has to go to the Plant-Based Vegan Cranberry & Chestnut Wreath.
DESSERT
Everyone’s favourite course, right? and ASDA has certainly not let us down with this lot! From a Santa’s Belly Cheesecake to our favourite Extra Special Chocolate Orange Bauble, who said you can’t have dessert first.
Bruce the Brussel Sprout cake is back and is joined by his other half – Betty the Sprout cake, who looks very fancy plus leading the sleigh will be Roddy the Reindeer Cake, get them in our stomachs now.
