We’ve seen a few portable power packs over the years and usually there pretty bulky, heavy and you can only charge one device at a time however Groov-e power pack is lighter and you can charge two items at once. What we noticed first, apart from the usual Groov-e packaging was the potable device looked like the iPhone 6 just a little bigger and slightly heavier, it even came with its very own black velvet pouch.
Once turned on the pack was already pre-charged, you will notice the four little dots light up blue to indicate how much battery you have, if it goes lower than 15% the light will flash and its time for you to charge your battery pack.
Mandy plugged her iPod Touch, which was nearly flat, to the device and started charging, this took around an hour and the pack still had charge left according to the manual you should be able to charge iPods around 8-12 times and a smartphone up to 6 times without the pack needing to charge back up, perfect for all of your Christmas songs!
You can charge more than once device at a time, a feature that we LOVED especially when we will be traveling over the festive season to friends as we could plug in our camera to ensure to captured those happy memories without the fear of no battery.
Having a torch on hand when the dark nights set in is a must and with a double click of the switch this power pack turns into one, handy to see home after a night out! The power pack also has a 4 and a half star rating at Amazon.co.uk
Overall it’s really easy to use, battery life is excellent and ultra compact. A thoughtful gift idea for gadget and techy fans for Christmas. RRP £59.99 for more information please visit: http://www.groov-e.co.uk/
