“It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas In August” as eBay UK released its Christmas tracker which predicts this years peak shopping days, and according to statistics, the week commencing Tuesday the 29th November will be the peak day for buying baby, home, furniture, DIY, toys and games however if your looking to start purchasing fashion and accessories this will start as early as October.
Based on search data from ebay.co.uk in 2015 searches for “Christmas” soared by 74% in the week that followed Bonfire Night last year, and if you remember the bad weather Britain got over the bank holiday in August it saw a whopping 29% of you searching for Christmas tree’s!
Like last year, the 6th of December is set to be the purchase peak for ‘Christmas’ items across all categories. Below is an image of the graph released by eBay.
