Happy 206th Birthday Charles

Today is a special day for Charles John Huffam Dickens Рbecause  this would have been his 206th birthday.

Born in Landport, Portsmouth on 7th February, 1812 who would have thought that this tiny mite would one day become such a world known writer. Best known as simply Charles Dickens, he created some of the world’s best-known fictional characters and over 100 years later we still read his books.

Below are 5 of our favourite Charles Dickens quotes, including a few Christmas ones of course:
