John loves gadgets and all things electrical so when August International sent it’s new Bluetooth Stereo speakers he couldn’t wait to get them connected up and find out just how impressive these were.
Arriving in a clean white box with the picture of both speakers on the front, John opened the box to see what was inside. Included are the 2 speakers, user manual, charging cable, L/R speaker connection cable and the 3.5mm audio cable.
John turned on the speakers, the on/off switch is on the back of each unit, and connected the main speaker, this only took a few minutes, simply hold the switch on the main speaker until a two tone sound indicate the pairing mode – this will turn blue when found.
Once connected, using his mobile, John scanned for available Bluetooth devices and selected the MS515, once paired the LED light went blue. You can also connect to computers, laptops, tablets and your TV, John couldn’t wait to do this as it gave him extra surround-sound whilst watching The Hobbit, according to him it was “research” – yeah, yeah!
As for sound, the speakers filled the room with a rich and satisfying sound, this will last up to 15 hours and then you will need to recharge which takes 5 hours. Each speaker weighs 260g making it lightweight and as for size these are not bulky but very sleek and modern – making them perfect if your traveling for Christmas.
