It has been alleged that Kris has already joined the cast as the new Time Lord and has begun filming the new series. It has been suggested that many fans remain unconvinced that Kris Marshall will be the new Doctor with some even suggesting that this could well be a decoy. Could this rumour be nothing more than a red herring?
It has been rumoured that Peter Capaldi, the twelfth Doctor Who, who is due to leave the BBC series on Christmas Day 2017, will leave sooner than expected as the series 10 finale is due to air in early July.
According to an article in Radio Times:-
‘Peter Capaldi could end his time on Doctor Who with a rare double Doctor episode also featuring the Time Lord’s original incarnation.
David Bradley is set to reprise his role as the First Doctor, teaming up with Capaldi’s Twelfth Doctor as he departs in this year’s Christmas special, according to reports.’
Fans of Doctor Who will be looking forward to watching the tenth series which aired on 15th April.
