According to a feature in the Daily Mirror,’ wossy’ whose contract with ITV expires at the end of this year, is taking a break to travel to the US.

A spokesman for the 55 year old star insisted the chat show, which is many years past its sell-by date, would be returning next autumn, but according to the Mirror, ITV sources have revealed that any comeback for the series is highly unlikely.

With numbers dropping to 1.8 million, well below that of rival chat show host BBC’s Graham Norton‘s 4 million, will this see the end of the Jonathan Ross show?
