John & Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen returns including Christmas episodes

John and Lisa are returning to our TV screens this autumn and winter including a brand new ‘Get Ahead Instead’ theme for Christmas.

Back for its seventh series, top culinary couple John Torode and Lisa Faulkner will reprise their perfect partnership for 10 new episodes – produced by ITV Studios Daytime.

The festive episodes, the ones we’re looking forward to the most, will have a ‘Get Ahead Instead’ theme – so think – freeze-ahead Beef Wellington and a Salmon Terrine to help save time, along with ‘Christmas Classics’.

John Torode said: “We are both so thrilled to be doing more Weekend Kitchen, it’s great to be working with your other half! We always have a lot of fun together in the kitchen and Autumn is a fantastic transitional season for food so we will be delivering more exciting and tasty dishes to compliment that time of year and beyond.”

This will be the fourth Christmas special of ITV’s John & Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen and if last year’s show is to go by we’re going to want to eat everything they cook!
