Twitter Tests Christmas Postcards…

It seems Twitter are getting into the festive spirit almost as much as we are after they appear to be testing a new account where users are able to have Twitter pictures personalised as festive e-cards for their friends and families.

Twitter account @CrimboStory is a profile which appears to be owned by Twitter themselves after dozens of it’s followers are revealed to be employees of the social media giant.

It appears that Twitter have been taking photos of festive scenes in their offices and are personalizing the ‘postacards’ to each follower who requests one.  The idea is that they will share the e-card with their families & friends which will show their twitter handle and of course promote Twitter at the same time.
