‘When the VTech Ride with Me Motorbike arrived in the office, I expected it to be heavy to lift but I was surprised to find it was fairly light and the box had a hand-carry handle. I opened up the box to find everything that I needed inside the box including the batteries which are a big plus point, there is nothing more frustrating than buying a product to find the batteries are not included and you have none in the house.
Assembly again was fairly simple, the included instructions made it very easy to follow and I had the VTech 3-in 1 Ride with Me Motorbike assembled in no time. First I inserted the wheel into the slot on the bottom and it snapped together, then the Interactive Dashboard slotted on the top and again I head a snap which let me know I had connected this up properly.
The back wheels were next, so I inserted each of the wheels into the slots at the bottom and made sure the labels were visible and heard the snap. To use this in the motorbike position, I inserted each of the wheels in and made sure the labels were visible and again heard the snap into place. After that, I inserted the back handle into the two slots on the back and heard the snap and inserted the storage basket into the slot and that was the VTech Ride with Me assembled. These were all explained in the instructions which as I mentioned were very easy to follow.
Next up I took a look at all of the fun features this ride on motorbike has to offer. To turn on the Ride with Me Motorbike I simply turn the unit to ON adjusted the volume which as soon as I did so greeted me with a sound and a phrase which was a great way to judge if it was too loud or quiet. There is also an Activity Selector which has three different modes including a Learning mode, Adventure and Music. There is the Ignition Switch which when I turned it, gave off sounds of a realistic engine and the lights flashed and had some fun sounds.
I then pressed the Arrow Buttons which gave lots to learn about colours and had even more phrases. There are 12 different songs and 4 melodies to hear when playing with the VTech 3-in-1 Ride with Me Motorbike.
Overall I thought the VTech 3-in-1 Ride with Me Motorbike is a great way for kids to have a fun toy and also a good way to start learning with the colours, phrases, songs, melodies and more.”
