Will Marks and Spencer Release A Vegetable Christmas Cake?

We’ve all heard of courgette spaghetti and kale crips, so when Marks and Spencer revealed its new vegetable cake collection, we couldn’t wait to have a sneak peek, before you hold your nose and say ‘no way’, these new recipes look sort of….delicious!

From lime, carrot and courgette cupcakes to a chocolate and date brownie made from chestnut flour and Sayer dates we can’t wait to see if the company will launch it’s very own Christmas cake made purely from vegetables.

Could we see a carrot, pecan and brussel sprout cake for the festive season or perhaps some chestnut and orange cupcakes? Either way we’ll give it a go.
