Aldi Launch Two Metre Pig In Blanket

Christmas is probably the most popular time of year for pigs in blankets and there are never enough to go round at Christmas dinner. For 2019, lovers of the delicacy will be pleased to hear that Aldi are releasing a two meter long pig in blanket.

For those of you who are unaware of what a ‘pig in blanket’ is, it is simply a pork sausage wrapped in bacon. The simplicity (and deliciousness) of these are what make them so popular in the UK.

Aldi have well and truly taken on board how much these are loved and have released a two metre long pig in blanket. This comes just after the announcements of its full Christmas offerings which includes its first ever Candy Cane gin and the popular hamper gift sets.

For under £5, this is the longest bacon wrapped weiner in the UK.

Available from 5th December, these are set to sell out quickly and sadly, once they’re gone, they’re gone!
