Wilko to close stores on Boxing Day

Wilko is the next major UK retailer to announce it will close on Boxing Day so its staff can spend quality time with the ones they love this Christmas.

Joining Poundland, Sainsbury’s, John Lewis, Morrisons and many more, Wilko is the next UK retailer to be shutting its stores on Boxing day.

As a family owned company, Wilko has said they understand the importance of spending quality time with loved ones and after such a difficult year, Wilko has decided to give all its team members a day off on 26th December to spend with their families this Christmas.

Currently, the store has launched its online festive shop and is running many different Christmas promotions including 20% off all Christmas Trees.
