Christmas special for The Great British Bake Off 2018

Channel 4 have announced The Great British Bake Off will have two brand new Yuletide specials.

Four merry bakers from Bake Off past will join Sandi Toksvig and Noel Fielding as they compete in the festive-themed challenges. It’s down to judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith to decide who wins the festive Star Baker title.

With loads of quips and innuendo from the team, we’re sure to be guaranteed cracking episodes, let’s just hope Prue doesn’t drop a few clangers this year.

Last year Channel 4 announced there would be two bake off Christmas specials, one aired on Christmas day and the other on New Year’s day, which saw previous contestants compete to become the Christmas champion.

We just can’t wait to see what show stoppers this year’s contestants will make!
