A light textured Christmas pudding with vine fruit, spiced biscuit crumb and brandy. Our team absolutely loved this Christmas pudding, it had everything we would want, and it was packed full of fruit with cinnamon throughout which made it so festive. The team really liked the spiced biscuit crumb and brandy as this gave a delicious taste and the added sachet of caramelised biscuit sauce to pour over the top gave this an indulgent feel but it was not too heavy.

Made with vine fruits, glace cherries, cider, Cognac, sherry and brandy. Our team enjoyed this Christmas pudding, it was rich and had plenty of fruit and nuts throughout.
