Debenhams Launch ‘Found It’ Christmas 2014 Advert

November 3, 2014 by Under the Christmas Tree Leave a Comment

Imagine staying overnight in a Debenhams store this festive season, what would you go searching for? Watch Debehamas latest ‘Found It’ Christmas TV Advert from a child’s perspective:

Created by JWT London, Debenhmas multi-million pound ‘Found It’ campaign starts with children staying overnight in the huge store, searching high and low in each department for the perfect Christmas present – this would take longer than one night for us!

Some head for glitz and glam, others Christmas jumpers but for that little “awww” moment Meadow a six-year-old girl finds her present under a bed – a cuddly reindeer toy – yes, you are awwiing right now!

The advert which which runs for around one minute and 11 seconds, aims to show that Debenhams is the perfect place to find your Christmas gifts – or to spend a lot more on yourself!

As the children scatter through the store, you will hear Paul McCartney’s 1984 hit ‘We All Stand Together’ aka The frog Song as the sound track, we know this was a Xmas number one but we’re not sure it’s festive enough…

You will be able to take part in the ‘Found It’ Campaign and even be in with a chance of winning £1,000 worth of worth of shopping over the four weeks leading up to the big day as well as appearing on Debenhams cover wrap of the Metro – how? well over on social media you can take part by sharing your #foundit moment via a bespoke microsite.

With five second teaser executions trailing the TV ad which will launch on Saturday 8 November during ITV’s X Factor, you can expect millions of us to be panicking over gift buying by the time the ad airs!

Let the battle of the adverts commence!
