With under 75 days to go to Christmas, Selfridges unveils it’s greenest Christmas shop ever to capture the magical feeling of ‘Once Upon A Christmas’ including an in-store ‘pick-and-mix’ bauble station.

Revealing its Christmas theme: ‘Once Upon A Christmas’, the iconic department store is focusing on making memories, either in-store or from the comfort of your own home by offering customers well over 1,000 different product lines which are by far, the largest sustainable collection from the store yet.

Its earth-conscious line includes environmentally impactful materials including 100% fully recyclable crackers and FSC certified or made with recycled content wrap & cards. Plus you’ll also be able to buy a mince pie advent, beauty advent calendar and so much more.

It’s stunning and eclectic collection will also offer its Oxford Street store customers the chance to pick and mix decorations from its bauble station, plus new and exclusive for Christmas 2020 will be the launch of ‘Thie’ Workshop, a Santa-style workshop offering personalised decorations, gifting sacks, stockings and crackers. Thie Workshop is a sustainable brand using planet-friendly organic cotton, recyclable card and paper and reduces plastic packaging. However, we have noticed just how late compared to last year the store has opened, in fact, it’s over two month later, this could probably be linked to ensuring the store finds ways to follow new restrictions and guidelines due to covid-19.
